Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We offer a minimum of 18 day returns guarantee on all our items and 30 day return on eligible items. If you are not completely satisfied with your item you may return the items to the seller, within the stipulated return period for a refund (“money back guaranteed”). Please, ensure you obtain a proof of return postage as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach the seller. Refunds will take approximately 5 – 7 working days for the process once the goods have arrived to the seller. Returned Items must be in their original packaging, and intact to avoid breakage in transit. .
