Refunds will take approximately 5 – 7 working days for the process once the goods have arrived to the seller. Returned Items must be in their original packaging, and intact to avoid breakage in transit. . In the interest of hygiene, returns on earrings, cosmetics and underwear may not be accepted at any time.
