What is your return policy?
We offer a minimum of 18 day returns guarantee on all our items and 30 day return on eligible items. If you are not completely satisfied with your item you may return the items to the seller, within the stipulated return period for a refund (“money back guaranteed”). Please, ensure you obtain a proof of return postage as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach the seller. Refunds will take approximately 5 – 7 working days for the process once the goods have arrived to the seller. Sometimes it might take up to 30 days but in rare cases if you paid using credit card but in exceptional cases. We always advise payments are made through PayPal.
Returned Items must be in their original packaging, and intact to avoid breakage in transit. . In the interest of hygiene, returns on earrings, cosmetics and underwear may not be accepted at any time. Swimwear may not be returned if the hygiene seal is broken. Non-Returnable Items
We don’t accept returns for items such as food unless of course they’re faulty. Our website and catalogue clearly show which items are excluded. If you’re returning an electrical item, it must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
